Moldavian ”Alivenci” - these are in fact pies with cheese and corn, a delicacy in the traditional moldavian kitchen. The main ingredients are: corn flour, cheese, milk, sour cream, butter, eggs and sugar. To prepare this product, we use local ingredients from the countryside households without any food preservatives. The first step in preparing Moldavian ”alivenci” is kneading the cheese until it becomes creamy, then add and mix the egg yolks one by one, finally adding the sour cream, the butter, sugar, salt and vanilla extract, mixing all the ingredients until we have a homogenius paste. Then, the corn flour must be mixed with the wheat flour, mixture which must be added slowly to the composition. Finally, the beaten egg whites are added, mixing it up carefully so that it doesn't lose consistency.
