Smoked Edy Ursu peasant sausages are manufactured in the Jiu Valley only from pork and natural ingredients specific to peasant traditions in the area, in sheep's natural membranes without food additives. The specificity is the thermal treatment of baking and smoking in the brick oven in the mosaic aspect with pieces of meat and bacon evenly distributed in the mass of the preparation.
